MORE GOODIES!

I have been trying to post this since Wednesday last week, but hubby has been using my camera and I have to recharge the battery everytime I come home.  He left me a little charge tonight.  God knows what he is doing during the day, LOL.  In any case, here is what has arrived since my last post.  From Anne of A Good Yarn:
Not just the blocks which are absolutely lovely, but an Australian Quilt magazine and Australian chocolates (they didn't last long, LOL).  Love the magazine, Ann, it has a lot of quilts (even the ads) that combine embroidery and patchwork.  Way to many ideas for this girl 'cause I just don't have enough time to make them all!

From Ruth of Country Log Cabin:

A cute little kleenex cover complete with Kleenex and the blocks, of course.

From Beth of My Creations, the blocks and a scissors fob (did I get that right?)

From Christine of Stitch Niche.  Just found your note in the envelope, LOL, that's why it is not in the picture.

And from Theri in Texas.  She sent me seeds for the yellow columbines in her garden.  Theri, I will send you seeds when mine are done blooming.

Ladies, thank you so much.  All of the blocks are just gorgeous and I love your choice of fabrics and colors.  Our swap quilts are gonna be awesome!!!!

I finished two more Snowbound blocks.  What do you think?

OK, that's it for now.  Got to get back to making my "surprises" for you all.   Love ya!

Liri

  6. Isn't it so much fun to get quilt blocks mixed in with the bills?! The snowmen are very cute, too. Seems a lot of the gals in this group are working on them, so it will be fun to see how different they are when done.
