As for the missing hearts - on my monitor at home, you can see them, my monitor at work the settings are too dark (stupid OLD computer, I'm getting a new one soon)...I quilted with hot pink thread in the black borders loopdy-loos with hearts not just loops...they're lumpy hearts because I'm not very good yet.
Found you! Am I glad I decided to read new comments on Katie's and Joanne's blogs this morning! When I saw "Liri", I shouted aloud "Yes! --- There she is!" I've missed you sorely! This place is a little different, but I think all of us are liking it better each day. You're getting your site together well. I noticed I had a new follower, but didn't recognize your name. I've signed on as your Follower, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you've been up to. ---"Love"
Welcome Liri! Talk about parallel universe. I have 3 kids that I am really proud of (you know one of them as Theri from the APQ list) and have been married for 43 years. The only sewing class I have taken was a Singer beginning class when I was fourteen--remember the national contests? Boy, does that date me! Like you, everything else is self taught. And I am just learning all of this too! Mary
